Miley cyrus was spotted at millions of milkshakes in west hollywood (Los angeles ,CA) on friday afternoon august 28. Miley was seen spotted with brandi her older sister and a un-known friend. Miley and friends were seen making there own milkshakes, Miley was wearing a white tank top and jean shorts with high boots. I have added some photos of miley during the afternoon!
